There's some minor artifacts on the window tabs with these drivers, mostly when switching from one to the others rapidly, though there's a bit less than with the 13.8b drivers but there's been nothing on the actual web pages with either of them.
(Firefox 24 beta and now 25b3)

No. Stutter and sound crackling occurs at default clocks also. I tried everything to fix this issue but I couldnt do anything about it.
13.10 beta is a no go for Black Ops 2. Ive never seen any driver this bad with a big main title fps game like CoD.
BO2 runs perfectly fine here for me 120-200fps maxed out. Its probably the drivers just don't like your card, try and find if the same thing is happening on others with 5000 series cards.

Someone tested those drivers with Firefox and HD 7xxx card? I mean if there are still some random artifacts on some www pages?
--------------------
I've checked it and still there are artifacts like hell (look at right side): http://i.imgur.com/uIegxfV.jpg
I've got them and newest firefox beta, and it's working perfectly fine
There's no artifacts at all.
