Use it to measure your framerate in RTCW!
Place this demo in your "RTCW/main/demos" folder
Start Wolf MP: in console enter /sv_pure 0
Then type:
/timedemo 1
/demo checkpoint
after demo runs, bring down console and read the FPS listed.
