Ray-traced reflections in Atomic Heart adds realistic effects to its shiny labs, water, and many other game elements. The implementation of raytraced shadows enables the casting of more accurate and complex shadows that are rendered based on the properties of the scene. These realistic lighting effects bring you a deeper immersion into the alternate universe of Atomic Heart.
Atomic Heart will support non RTX graphics cards also. While you may run this tech demo with a GeForce GTX graphics card, the publisher does not recommend it because the multiple ray tracing effects are too demanding to run without the RT Cores found on GeForce RTX cards.
