ASUS X99 Deluxe Motherboard Review

In this review we check out the ASUS X99 Deluxe motherboard, armed with the X99 chipset and is covered in a chocolate dark design with white frosting on top of it. A very nice looking motherboard. It isn't about the looks though as this is a high performance motherboard with a massive feature set like SLI/Crossfire support, AC WIFI, heaps of SATA3 connectors, M.2., overclock features, a cool audio solution, M.2. PCIe compatibility and yeah the means to overclock. Join us in another X99 motherboard review, a product that is bound to tease and please.

I like this board I think it would be the one I would go for with a 5930K, but I still just don't see the need to upgrade yet.

I agree i actually like this board more than the Rampage probably due to the colouring. Its a Deluxe board so its gonna have all the bells and whistles regarding features in the bios.
Its not gonna make a difference in Overclocking anyhow unless your pushing these boards to the absolute maximum and to do that your gonna have to be on Phase or LN.
The Workstation board is nice as well, if i was buying into X99 i would hang fire and wait maybe a month and see what else arises along with other types of DDR4 ram.

Ah 8 core has 3ghz cache by default.. makes more sense now.
And I see it has pretty much the same OC settings as mainstream Haswells, even vccin @ 1.8v ^
