AMD A10-7850K Kaveri APU review - Performance iGPU - Integrated Graphics - Bioshock Infinite | Tomb Raider

APU IGP Performance modern games

Now I also wanted to include two DirectX 11 class titles. We have segmented them in 720P and 1080P. Very few results, over time these will build of course but with IGPs gaining in popularity we really want to include these from here onward in our reviews as well.

Above BioShock infinite. This is IGP/APU performance hence you can't really flick open image quality settings. As such the DX11 tests have been set at 'medium quality' and admittedly that doesn't look bad. Have a peek at performance.

And above the recently released Tom Raider, again this is DX11 at work at medium quality settings. That really isn't disappointing performance there my man, remember there's no dedicated GPU at work here.
