The one that everybody remembers and still is going strong where the initial CNPS (Computer Noise Prevention System) CPU cooler, the copper somewhat rounded "butterfly" based coolers. That model has been the biggest success of all their coolers. Anno 2011 Zalman is still going strong on the concept and just when you think they can't change anything on that design they proof that a top notch new cooler based off that old design can still work out well and look gorgeous. Being fashionably late to market with this product series the SSD series will sell at 64GB - $169 and 128GB - $289. Performance wise this drive should be as fast as the Vertex 2 series for example. Yeap, we peek at the new N series SSDs from Zalman.

Zalman released a new 24" 3D monitor tagged as ZM-M240W. This Stereoscopic 3D LCD Monitor is at a convenient size of 24" / 60cm allowing you to use it perfectly fine as desktop monitor, and it's not too small to watch a 3D movie on either .. with a supported Full HD monitor resolution at 1920x1080 that is.

Zalman recently released their VF3000 series graphics card coolers for both (VF3000A) ATI's latest 4000/5000 series graphics cards and the VF3000N cooler for the GeForce GTX 260,275,280 and 285.So what we'll do today is that we'll take a nifty beefy BFG GeForce GTX 285. To spice things up a little we took the pre-overclocked OCX model, which is their highest clocked version available on the market.
So if you are gutsy enough to strip down the graphics card to the bare PCB and then mount this cooler, then you can achieve temperatures that are much lower than say the roughly 80 degrees C temps we get from this card normally.

Zalman also took note of the global crisis and is very aware of the fact that not everybody can spend 80 EUR on a CPU cooler these days. With that in mind the went back to the drawing board, trying to uphold the quality standards their other cooler have, then came up with a new design, stripped away the more flashy and gimmicky items and bingo, a new child was born, a more budget-minded version of the say CNPS 10X Extreme, the Performa. But is it any good ?

Zalman recently released a new chassis onto the market called MS1000-HS2, a chassis targeted at the somewhat high-end professional end-user with a grasp for style, design and functionality. The chassis offers way more than standard features though, we see sound dampening, removable drive bays, optimized cooling at low noise levels and sure just offering very versatile chassis. Next to the stylish smooth lines and lack of weird curvatures in the design you'll also spot hot-swappable drives; no less than six removable HDDs can be installed in this HS2 model.

Zalman recently released a new series of CNPS (Computer Noise Prevention System ) heatpipe based coolers. The new 10X coolers include five nice big heatpipes being cooled by a grotesque120mm fan. The PWM Fan comes with RPM Control which allows you to fine tune the cooler to your specific cooling requirements. And all that in a nice design and not too huge (in dimension) sized cooler. We will put two out of the three to the test namely the CNPS10X Extreme and CNPS10X Quiet. Both coolers impressed us a lot.

Recently Zalman introduced the CNPS 9900 LED fan. An all new heatpipe based cooler with not one, but two heatsinks. The fun part is, it just looks really extraordinary as in-between the two heatsinks, an actual LED lit 120mm ventilator is located. Yes The cooler has been split down the middle, moved away from each other to make room for that fan integrated into the center of the heatsink.

A PC in your living room however has to look nice, be silent and functional; and that's quite a challenge as today's computer parts are often noisy and create lot's of heat. In the past we have tested a good number of items from them already. Among them the really awesone Reserator water-cooling products. Recently they released a new model of that Reserator cooler namely the Reserator XT. he trick about this incredibly sexy product is that thanks to a low-noise fan we can now push more performance out of their water-cooling product. So here at Guru3D we figured .. hmm, why not test the Reserator XT with a high-end system.

At defaults 7900 GS card is clocked at 450 MHz... this one 550 ! The default memory on a GS is 1320 MHz, this Galaxy GeForce 7900 GS is clocked at 1500 MHz. All in all the recipe to get some serious bang for your bucks. Today we'll be looking at Zalman's Reserator version 2, a completely redesigned and improved passive water-cooling kit that again will stun and amaze. Not only is the kit really sexy looking, I guarantee you it's cooling is even better as well. We'll be water-cooling a CPU and VGA card passively, meaning no fans are being used. The rest is handled by an inaudible pump and mother nature.

Over the next pages we'll review the Inno3D version. Interestingly enough with Zalman cooler. Our last Inno3D review was slightly negative due to the awful amount of noise the reference coolers made and as any clever company does .. they listen. So they decided to release a model with A Zalman cooler. And you know Zalman .. they offer silence versus good cooling.

Zalman last year released their reserator 1, a passive cooled water-cooling kit. Recently they released the Reserator 1 Plus package .. pretty much the same stuff, yet with new designed water blocks to get more heat from that precious gear of ours. Passively cooled you ask? Yeah, no fans are involved. No fans people, that means no noise .. yay ! The Zalman Reserator 1 Plus is a fanless water cooling system.
