EK AIO 240 D-RGB review 4

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 04/21/2020 06:07 PM [ 6 comment(s) ]

We test and review the EK AIO 240 D-RGB, an all-in-one liquid cooling kit from EK that can be bought in a dandy design with versions running up-to a 360mm rad. The kits come with Vardar RGB / aRGB compatible fans. Being EK, we do expect some decent cooling performance; armed with the fans, sleeved tubing and a pretty snazzy looking cooling block we'll see what EK has to offer in the massive LCS kit arena.

Phanteks Enthoo 719 (aka Luxe 2) review 5

Posted by: Krzysztof Hukalowicz on: 04/28/2020 11:07 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]

This time, we’re taking a look at the Phanteks Enthoo 719, a full-tower PC chassis with some RGB in it (not exaggerated), which already had its debut back in August 2019. Although half a year has passed since then, there’s a good reason for this delayed review. We’re going to use this chassis for some interesting stuff later, but not without presenting the product to Guru3D readers first (at least those of you who didn’t have a chance to read about it elsewhere).

This time we’re checking out the new Phanteks Eclipse P600S mid-tower PC chassis. The Dutch company is keeping up the pace, as this is another new product after the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X, which we reviewed at the end of October 2018.

Phanteks EVOLV X review 5

Posted by: Krzysztof Hukalowicz on: 10/26/2018 09:28 AM [ 13 comment(s) ]

We’re checking out the new Phanteks Enthoo Evolv X Glass mid-tower PC chassis, which is the successor to the Evolv ATX. The first important difference is the use of tempered glass panels instead of acrylic ones. The weight is now 15 kg instead of 10.2 kg, and that’s a huge difference.

Raijintek Orcus 240 AIO cooler review 3

Posted by: Raffaele Lagattolla on: 08/15/2018 10:56 AM [ 4 comment(s) ]

In this review, we look at the Raijintek Orcus 240 AIO  cooler. This new cooler from Raijintek is, on the surface, your fairly typical 240mm AIO liquid cooler. However, it brings a couple of fairly neat tricks to the party, that I will discuss in greater depth later.

Raijintek Leto Pro RGB review 4

Posted by: Raffaele Lagattolla on: 06/28/2018 08:55 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]

In this review, we look at the Raijintek Leto Pro RGB CPU cooler. The unit itself is a dual fan 120mm cooler that sports a relatively slimline single tower heatsink. paired with addressable RGB fans, this product could look great in any DiY PC, for those that shy away from LCS units.

EK has released three new models in the Predator range, this round with a 280mm Predator series liquid cooler as well. We will test that Predator 280 on a Core i7 4790K processor and will add a GeForce GTX 1080 Gaming X from MSI as well to the all-in-one liquid cooling loop. The end result is awesome as, even overclocked, our graphics card would not even pass 45 Degrees C. We review the Cubitech Mini Cube as it is the world’s first Mini ITX chassis supporting cable management behind the MB tray. With the fully aluminum Mini Cube, this brings Mini ITX to gamers whilst using up a minimum of space.

XigmaTek GIGAS review

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 04/17/2012 02:00 PM [ 0 comment(s) ]
SSF / MicroATX cases are typically smaller than typical ATX towers. This means that although the same standard hardware is supported, it is supported in lower quantities. Typically these boxes are used as a suitable HTPC home (home-theater personal computer), but with the looks the GIGAS offers, it would make a great gaming system as well as even lengthy graphics cards, ( up-to 320mm (12.5 inches) can be installed. Asetek VapoChill LS review (sub-zero cooling)

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 07/19/2006 07:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
To go way beyond a normal overclock .. you need to cool that CPU below zero degrees C and that's where the Asetek LS comes in. It's the most expensive and noisiest cooling solution around. It's difficult to install as you'll need to mod your case, you'll have to do crazy stuff with your CPU ... but the result really is simple, you can cool down the processor with a -54 Degrees C cooling block on that AMD heatspreader and that my friends is such a fun experience you won't believe it. Asetek Waterchill Watercooling

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 02/28/2005 09:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
These Pentium 4 CPUs these days are getting rather hot. Why not watercool it ? The kit we received from Asetek is pretty much their best kit. It's called the KT12AT-L30/220V/Dual Radiator Socket LGA755 kit, a CPU/VGA/Chipset kit. We opted the version with thick 1/2" tubing for optimal flow. Next to that the kit has the heavy Hydor L30-II included, a pump that can push 1200 liters of water per hour. Read article

Asetek Waterchill Antartica Watercooling

Posted by: Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 06/06/2004 07:00 AM [ 0 comment(s) ]
To get me over that weird idea of water in a PC I figured, what the hell ... if you fall of a bike you need to get back on it right. With that approach I've been in dialog with Asetek. Asetek ladies and gentlemen is as stated a very reputable company in cooling material. Luckily for me they recently released their WaterChill Antarctica CPU+VGA kit. Read article
