Cougar 700K Evo keyboard review 4

It has been almost 6 years since Cougar released the 700K Aluminum Gaming keyboard. It received the iF Design Award in 2014 at the itme. Now, it’s time for the new version with a suffix – Evo – clearly suggesting that it’s an evolution with a name like Cougar 700K Evo.

Today on the slab are two of Cougars new mice, the Minos X5 and the Revenger S. Both mice feature high-end gaming specs, a 3360 sensor, 2000Hz polling rate, Omron switches, six programmable buttons, macro recording, on-board memory, under 100g weight, and of course, RGB lighting. RGB all-the-things is alive and well.

Today we have Cougar's new Phontum gaming headset in for review. The headset is advertised as being 'Real Gear For Real Gamers,' and the unit itself certainly continues Cougar's distinct orange and black theme. Being a traditionally wired unit, there is no inbuilt wireless or Bluetooth connectivity here.
