TeamGroup CX2 1TB SATA3 SSD review

The current market trend is that M.2/NVMe drives are the preferred option because they usually offer better performance, with fewer cables needed. But there’s a place for SATA drives as well. They are still 4-5x faster than HDDs, which they will eventually replace in most PCs. Some of the other advantages include the lack of noise and lower power consumption (usually up to 2 Watts). TeamGroup CX2 is a range of SSDs that can be the first choice for installing an entry-level PC.

For the price and size, it's not a bargain
some chinese rebranded SSD (mean quality over the price as for EU's brand) do better for less money.
a bit disapointed by this one, Team used to do better.

I've considered the 2TB version of this drive for my home server, which just runs on gigabit ethernet so I don't have much of a reason to pay for something especially fast. But I wasn't expecting that even gigabit ethernet could outperform this in some cases.
