7000 series really improved raytracing performance. Being up there with 3090ti is no joke. If we count in fsr3.0 in the future it will be even faster and viable for rt even at 4k.

It's starting to become apparent that AMD's goal of trying to make these cards efficient, shaves off about 10-15% of performance. Kind of similar to the 6900xt. Once you move the power limit up and raise the clocks, it seems this card can get really close to the 4090 in raster, and really out pace the 4080. You can really see the potential from Techpowerup's OC review on one of their 7900's. I wouldn't mind having Asrock's 7900XTX Aqua, but I have no need to upgrade from my 6900xt... Only place it sucks is at DXR, but I barely use it in my daily gaming. Next gen will be my jump into a new full build.

My ancient card has a memory bus of 512 bits. If 384 is huge, 512 must be incomprehensibly gigantic. Everything was better in the past.
Because of the RX 7900 XTX's huge 384-bit memory bus

CP2077 RT results are not terrible.
Next matchup that matters is FSR3 vs DLSS3. Will be interesting.
All top end cards have enough raster atm. Who cares.
