I have a Crucial CT 500 MX200 in my laptop which is only slightly slower (1065 Vs 1189)than the mSata 850 and a wee bit cheaper. I do like the Samsung support software though.

There are three types of SSD.
Full size ie 2.5 inch
Msata which looks a little like a wireless add-in card
M2 Sata which comes in three lengths but looks a little like the Msata.

Check which version your Laptop can accommodate.
Also if it can take a single SSD or two.

Download Speccy, go to the Storage TAB and see what SATA ports you have
Just checked the specs and you laptop can take a single 2.5 inch SSD.
The MOBO in your laptop is a Intel HM76 which support SATA3 but might have SATA2 to save money.

I still don't understand why these can't have a 1mm thick cover/case. Bare PCB is ugly as hell.
