The performance between ocd 1060 and 480 is rather similar. Since the percentage they both oc is not big at all. 2ghz just looks cooler.
There doesn't seem to be much headroom for overclocking. Even a standard 1060 let alone an overclocked one looks like a better option.

Looking at that upside down "devil" logo is enough for me to call this a bad design with not much thought on it.
An unnecessarily overbuilt card that comes with a huge pcb that renders it even more unnecessary. Quite nice that it gets near 10% out of overclocking though.
I don't get how a company as premium as powercolor have a whole company of quality control, electrical design, and engineering departments; yet still come up with this.
