Palit GeForce GTX 1080 GameRock Premium Edition + G-Panel review

Palit joins in with a review as well, they released their GameRock series in several flavors, we test the GTX 1080 version with G-Panel. The product looks totally different opposed to what you are used too in a black and white coating. Don't let the looks fool you though as this card runs very fast, in fact it is the fastest tested to date.

What is this, just a reason to charge more money? I suppose it could be useful and fun but, the card is already beyond expensive, adding this in just makes it more so.

From what I've seen in the PC Games Hardware video both this and the Gainward have exactly the same cooler & PCB, with the Gainward having a different color scheme. Probably because Palit is the parent company of Gainward.
Given that both are 3slot designs, these would be great for single GPU systems.

Overclockers.co.uk has the Premium Edition at a pre-order price of £620, same card as in HH's review but does not have the stupid G-Panel gimmick!
