NVIDIA G-Sync explained

On Friday NVIDIA announced G-Sync, and considering the little details available out there I wanted to write a quick follow-up on this new technology, as it really is a big announcement - a really big thing actually.

This is what I was talking about earlier, http://www.blurbusters.com/how-does-nvidia-gsync-fix-stutters/
The part he talks about at the bottom 'variable motion blur'.
Then again there's that last sentence.
For very low framerates, there is edge flicker (strobing effect) but will no longer stutter erratically.
He also noted that the variable motion blur will be a 'very minor side effect'.
Of course it's a rather subjective thing, but that article agrees that GSync reduces stutters even on low fps situations.

Only a few minutes into that video. Thanks for posting. That is my monitor on the table! (Samsung SA750D)
Hope he mentions that G-Sync can be added to existing monitors!
EDIT: Main way to get G-Sync is to buy a new monitor but they are looking later to get a board to upgrade but don't count on it!
Also this:
Asus confirms 24 inch G-Sync monitor for $399
http://www.fudzilla.com/home/item/32882-asus-confirms-24-inch-g-sync-monitor-for-$399
But the most interesting part is this
"G-Sync monitors will be limited to Display Port only without audio support, which is again an obstacle but they will be able to have adaptive V-Sync refresh rate called G-Sync from 30 to 144 Hz."
So this could be TN 60-120fps and IPS 60fps and above if they made them.

Are you saying that G-Sync won't work on IPS panels? If that's the case then it's a definite no no. I need my studio monitor for graphic design and photo editing.
No, G-SYNC may not work IPS and CRT but recommendly you get CRT monitor (professional is good and sorry for heavy) but you find it hardly.
