On Friday NVIDIA announced G-Sync, and considering the little details available out there I wanted to write a quick follow-up on this new technology, as it really is a big announcement -  a really big thing actually.

If you want G-SYNC then unfortunately you get GeForce card (min GTX 650 or better) only.

I wasn't hasty. It was my choice. I'm not in the market for 780 / 290.

: should read my post #122 (page 5) about G-SYNC because you don't see it.


Are you saying that G-Sync won't work on IPS panels? If that's the case then it's a definite no no. I need my studio monitor for graphic design and photo editing.

Technology is good but the price for these new monitors with pre-installed G-Sync would be... expensive.
