MSI Z690 EDGE WIFI (DDR4) review 5

MSI delivers a Z690 motherboard at around 300 USD this motherboard however is loaded with premium features and is DDR4 compatible. All four M.2 slots are cooled, and there are a plethora of speedy USB ports on the board, as well as the most luxurious Realtek ALC4080 audio codec and integrated WiFi. Additionally, MSI offers a great VRM design.

Bought this board for my new build. DDR5 is overrated anyway.

Sent me the wrong board instead of DDR4 version.(bandh.com)

Noticed the above while placing the DDR4 RAM.

Another expense for me is to buy the DDR5 and not avail in my country.

QUESTION: I can see DDR5 DIMM and DDR5 UDIMM.
THIS BOARD SUPPORT WHICH ONE?

Great review so I ordered this MSI MoBo.
I have a future SSD upgrade strategy question:
Only the first SSD is directly connected to the Gen. 12 CPU (all others are behind the chipset).
What is better for performance?
C: System/OS SSD#1
D: Programs SSD#2
Or
Buy a single bigger PCI4 SSD with both partitions on it?
Many thanks for inputs
