great review again.
but i will never in a million years buy this (or the Asus) as my routers are to be unseen and never heard.
and why on earth would you rgb something that only draws attention to cabling and wires?
You think that's bad you should see some people's rooms. RGB overkill everywhere. I like some RGB but it's usually off.

The review was solid but focused on the positive. I had this for a week before I returned it. The speed is definitely there, great 6Ghz throughput. However:
No upnp support. You may have a helluva time with your console and some softwares. Everything must be manually entered.
Unfinished software, they provide the source in case someone in the community wants to actually finish it.
If you want to reserve DHCP addresses, unlike more mature software, no existing client list is generated from connected devices. You have to manually enter the MAC for each device. Same goes for any port forwards. ASUS has me spoiled here.
I can't remember if it didn't have a DLNA server or if it just didn't work.
Compare to say ASUS software maturity being a 10, this software, while pretty and what is there is fast, overall it would be a 3 in my book.

All of the above is why it's been on sale for $100 off for months now.

I agree as I have my ASUS gaming router in a closet with my modem which hides its RGB.
