NVIDIA has released another RTX 3000 series SKU onto the market, in this review, we check out the MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Gaming X TRIO, and yeah that's a non-Ti model. This Ampere GPU-based graphics card series is based on a very decent 12GB and has 3584 shading processors activated.

well it's same or better than a 1080ti so it's not "bad" but clearly their "let's release 200 card models" is showing it's limits, some models make no sense if the MSRPs were real no one would buy it

1080ti was released March 2017
longevity of 1080ti will never be matched...I wish I had one now.

These are not ordinary times. The 3060, as underwhelming as it is, will sell like hot cakes if at its MSRP. Simply because nothing else exists in that price range *today* (unless rx6700 changes things).
Even miners will snap them up, despite halved eth hash rates. There are other cryptos besides eth that make it worthwhile to them.

close but no cigar.
it's still slower.
it has dlss tho so in the long run, this card will live longer.

it's a nice card, but like itpro said, not at this price.this feels more like 3050ti,as mentioned before.$280 msrp should be fine for this.
