MSI GeForce GTX 950 Gaming + 2-way SLI review

We review the MSI GeForce GTX 950 Gaming (in SLI as well), this entry-level to mainstream graphics card is armed with a GM206 Maxwell generation graphics processor from Nvidia. The product performs quite well in the 1080P area. Also the MSI card offers a nice factory tweaks and combined with AfterBurner we took the GPU towards 1575 MHz ! Let's check it out, shall we?

Turn off AA and I'm sure this GPU would perform fine at 1080p for most games. SLI seems to scale nicely too. But still, this thing is physically too big and too expensive to make sense.

It's Nvidia that means automatic knee jerk reaction from some users on here.
The card is rather impressive performance wise. Plus it is SLI capable with an over clock they rival my 670's over clocked. At $160 that is not bad performance.
Put it this way you can now get 690 performance for $320. How is that a bad thing?
Please stop with this your basic understanding of the subject at hand is lacking from this statement.
Considering you have 670 ftw, those are actually 680's.
And I paid $280 for 2 gtx 670 4GB with back plates that boost too 1143 while staying around 73c on 60% fan.
The 960 and 950 suck unless you are on a gtx 660 or lower imho.
I will get a gtx 950 to replace my gtx 650ti 1gb in my game stream server if I dont get a gtx 750ti 2gb from a guru3d user.

An overpriced low end card = worthless.
You can get a 2x more powerful, freesync supporting 290 with a warranty for this price.
Or one from the piles of 280x`s or 7970`s out there for 2/3rds of this price.
Hard to imagine people on a budget who ignore the used option.
Belive me they Don't
I know cuz sometimes i sell my used hardware when upgrading ;-)
People tend to move towards Used 280/280X and 290/290X (not referent models)
So it's not so bad afterall, always send them scan from shop with warranty (if exists any)
Now waiting for Availability and price drops for Fury-X WC
And i will sell my XFX DD 280X -> 1 week and it's gone
Still have warranty.

Top pick? You have to be kidding me.... This is by far way too overpriced for it's level of performance.

From what I could see that the 950 could be the replacement for the 750 and 750ti.
