MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GAMING X review

MSI released their GTX 1660 SUPER GAMING X, a product with a more than capable cooler as well being factory tweaked. The SUPER edition card comes with faster GDDR6 memory but remains pretty much to be a GTX 1660 Ti in its bare essence.

Pretty much the same perf at a better price, can't complain there really.
With only a few fps difference compared to the old 1660, this seems as pointless as rebrands

The problem with rebrands isn't that they are pointless, it's that they typically market the card as a generation newer. No one who bought the 1660 is going to upgrade to a 1660 super. For people looking to buy a card in the $230 price range - they just got a new option that's slightly faster. That's not a bad deal.

So it's basicly a more quiet, cooler and same or better performing 1660ti for the price of a 1660.
I might as well just return my 1660 while i still can and just get this one.

this card is the most over priced POS available right now i would never consider or recommend one of these with the current pricing of the RX 580 $220cad vs gtx 1660 super $340 cad its 50% more expensive even if u have to spend 80$ on a new PSU the RX 580 makes more sense to me
