Shortly ago in Eindhoven the Gigabyte Open Overclocking Championship 2009 edition where held.

As you guys know Gigabyte has been organizing this big overclocking contest, globally ...  the GOOC contest is short for Gigabyte Open Overclocking Championship 2009. The contest was simple, you need a Gigabyte motherboard and Intel chipset / processor, you need to achieve the fastest SuperPi 4M time / 3Dmark06 score and submit it to them.

On the next three pages we'll show you a photo selection we made of the regional contest held in Eindhoven (Netherlands) covering the Benelux, German and Swiss finals.

Two weeks ago on Saturday these finals where held and we'd like to share with you the winners and show you some photo's, courtesy of Gigabyte. A total of six teams went mano el mano with each other in a live overclocking contest.

The goal: to win and obtain a seat at the European finals in Prague. Let's have a peek.
