In this review we take the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti WindForce for a spin. The card is obviously based on NVIDIAs Maxwell based GTX 750 Ti GPU. Gigabyte designed their own PCB, tweaked the card a hint and applied a WindForce model cooler on the product. The WindForce cooler works as the temperatures stay at 45 Degrees C under full gaming load. Not bad.

I agree, I woud prefer they opted save some power, since a live in Brazil and energy is pretty expensive. But here in Brazil the Gigabyte model is 65$ cheaper (150R$) than other GTX 750 Ti models I found (evga ftw and MSI Twin Frozr OC), so I think is the best to invest for now.

I'll bet we will see some fanless coolers for the 750ti. Looks like they can easily manage temps with just good heat sinks.

Without the card being pre-overclocked, the heatsink on it was seriously overkill. Remove one of those fans and they could've dropped the dB level by maybe 2 or 3, and the temperatures would still be of the lowest in the charts.
Seriously, that dinky heatsink on the stock card did a good job, how did Gigabyte find this heatsink to be necessary at stock speeds?
