For a tenner or two more you can purchase the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Gaming 'OC edition' from Gigabyte, a product with more a triple fan cooler as well being factory tweaked towards an 1860 MHz boost frequency. Based on dual fans and improved looks the card performs well on all fronts, including cooling acoustic levels.

Well in Battlefield 1, Vega 56 is behind the 1660ti in every resolution except 4k.
If you play bf V alot, the vega56 still blows this card outta the water, and you still get 3 AA games for free, i agree totally uninteresting card..at this price point.

I would trade that for more raw power vega have. 8GB vram sounds better too.

Am I the only one bothered by how excessively large this GPU is? It doesn't even hit 125W and it's got a cooling solution fit for a 250W GPU. And yet, the noise and temperature levels aren't even that impressive. I'm sure you could chop off the 3rd fan and all the metal leading up to and get pretty much the same level of performance.
But hey, at least it's a decent overclocker, for a reasonable price.

Yeah good luck finding a Vega 56 with the 3 free games at a decent price and decent quality. Just look at these great reviews! https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814932030
The Vega's are total crap and they're more expensive than a 1660 Ti.
