Fractal Torrent Nano mITX chassis review

We review the Fractal Design Torrent Nanop in a white finish, a silent PC housing for small form factor motherboards. For this Mini-ITX ready chassis can you'll be surprised about storage, style, USB 3.x options. Next to that, it's rather an airflow-friendly, tiny, and nice-looking Mini-ITX chassis.

What I'm curious about is how does the PSU even breathe with an Air cooler?
I see the vent holes for the intake are at the bottom and the Air coolers seem to be pressed right up against it.

Agree. To me mini ITX should have a GPU mount. Something that gets the GPU off the actual PCIe slot. Like many people do with horizontal mounts to show off the GPU.
I could see doing an AIO cooler for the CPU and mounting the GPU over the motherboard.
Lots of neat options I wish smaller cases would employ.
I really like the look of this, but having 3 PCI slots almost defeats the purpose of going ITX. If I really wanted a 3090 in a small form-factor PC, I'm going to get a water cooler.

If I was building in this I would simply overkill the PSU so it doesn't run hot in the first place.

What a neat looking case, he says, as a Cooler Master H500 Mesh with two 200mm front fans sits near him! Lots of spare room in my case which might well be a good thing for a gaming computer but this small Fractual case seems a much better solution than the very expensive Corsair One. Putting a 180mm fan in the front is an effective way to cool this small factor case.
