Just one question on performance as to why the low score on the ISO movement portion??
Is an issue with the QLC and the compression?

I would not call 500~600 MB/sec over USB3 a low score. But for the same reasons explained in the conclusion, at one point the QLC/TLC write hole kicks in.

Not low in the "normal" sense, but as in comparison is all. Wanted to make sure what I was thinking..."QLC" does/did it's worst at that point.

I think QLC on something like this is an okay IMO. Even if you were to use it as a expansion hard drive for a console the number of writes would not be very high. My 1TB 600p tha I use as a game drive has 1/5 the number of TB written compared to my 500GB 970evo I use for OS.
