Been wondering about buying some nice expensive fans like these to put on my RX series radiators but the rads are such low fpi I'm not sure its even remotely worth spending that sort of cash for 6 of these to replace my XSPC 1200RPM Xinruilians.

8db is pretty much unobtainable.
