be quiet! Pure Rock 2 review

We review another be quiet! Pure Rock cooler, this round the Pure Rock 2. With more simplified looks and available in silver and black this cooler comes with a single radiator, one fan and is offering cooling performance up-to 150 Watts, enough for any modern processor.

https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Freezer-eSports-DUO-Configuration/dp/B07MC8CRVZ
and it's two fans on it for ~$53
single fan is cheaper:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MQ9MQ5M/ref=dp-cerb-1
That's for the USA. And for $53 USD, which is actually more than $66 CAD ATM, I still think it's a crap value considering what it is, regardless of what kind of value it actually is relative to what's available on the market.

The value of the cooler is just fine, every review says it's the best cooler for that money. It's for ~210W TDP, don't expect to cool 3950x with it.
Also, yes, the prices I linked are universally understood. Should I link the price in RSD from Serbia instead?
Anyway, it probably works better than Be Quiet from this review or pretty much the same. How much is that Be Q in your country? Let me guess, one fan version is not ~$35 (two fan version arctic is $53)
PS. I am not the target audience for any of these coolers, neither are you, but someone with limited budget getting 3600x B450 mobo should probably have more options than $100 AIO or Noctua or BQ.

Yeah, it's called the stock cooler that comes with it, as I said before. That Arctic cooler isn't going to give a realistic benefit over it. You're not going to really get anything more of an OC with it, not enough to justify using an all core OC over stock behaviour/higher few core turbo... and if you're not OCing you don't really need anything better anyway. The middle ground in this case is crap.

Sorry, hearing all of them (stock coolers) any cooler, as per usual, is an upgrade. I don't even know why you said that.

That chart they give showing "average" CPU temp seems pretty useless. I'd bet my Canadian rupees that, under sustained 100% load, something that small isn't in the same category as the NH-D15.
For it's size/price it's probably good, I just can't stand all the misleading advertisement everywhere. Most people probably don't even realize temp % differences often shown are useless. Being measured as a % of each other can't give you any idea of how it scales.
you shouldn't believe any companies own marketing slides. Also, it's why I suggested that Arctic cooler in particular to be tested and put in the charts. I could test it, but who would care? I don't have viewership or any audience reach to speak of.
As for the Cooler I mentioned, it's a 4 heatpipe cooler that outperforms hyper 212 and some other even better coolers. It's not a water cooling system, so what you get in 10-20 minutes is what is going to stay (talking about load). Obviously you are not going to cool 10900K with it. but you are going to be cooling 9700K just fine until 5GHz
TL;DR - Agreed. My butt hurts from the current PC part prices. I hope Jensen steps on a lego.
Back to the topic of cooler prices; even the "good deals" like the often bought Hyper 212 Evo aren't good deals anymore. That crap used to be $20, now it's $45 even on Amazon. With the way prices on those things are, if I was building a new rig, I'd say frack it and just buy an AIO over $100 and just get better performance. Even that dinky 1 fan Arctic cooler mentioned, I can't find that model any lower than $66. At that point you should consider what you actually need, and use the stock cooler, or straight to a 360mm AIO, IMO.
