AMD Mantle Performance Explored

It has been a long time coming but we take a look at early and initial Mantle performance. The upcoming 14.1 Beta driver will receive many improvements. At the simplest level, Mantle is an Application Programming Interface (API), or a language that game developers can use to write code that creates the beautiful graphics on your screen. In its current iteration, the Mantle API uniquely leverages the hardware in the Graphics Core Next architecture (GCN) of modern AMD Radeon.

Again with the NvAPI talk? Its a completely different thing to Mantle. Learn about it before comparing the two every...single...time.
Show me where AMD mentions Nvidia in their advertising, please.
I just hate one-sided perspectives where you just repeat invalid statements you have read and heard.
The funny thing is. literally half of nvidia's sales kits consist of amd and intel.

Btw... whats the point of making a post like that anyways? It seems to me that your post was nothing more than a desperate attempt to talk smack on the company you love's competition by coming up with a hypothetical that's derived from a baseless assumption. That means your post had zero facts and didn't contribute anything to the thread.
And your post contributed what exactly? Other than baseless assumptions?

Considering how nVidia already has it's own low level API that's been around for years, I highly doubt we'll see them dump it for Mantle. Ever notice how nVidia rarely ever mentions AMD in their advertising? While AMD mentions nV all the time? One thing my father who has two Cleo awards used to say about advertising is if you have to mention your competitor, you've already lost.
