Teardown

It is a request that is getting more and more daunting as we do not want to damage products. But user request on this is clear, you like a teardown. So here we go, meet the GA102-200 GPU, GPU and memory power phases, and GDDR6X memory from Micron labeled D8BGW. The GPU gets 13 phases managed by a duo uPI uP9511R multi-phase controllers. The memory is then managed by uP9511R over three phases. The topic of discussion, we see six SPCAPs and no MLCCs configured.
