In the photos below you can see a number of things. This card was fitted with GDDR5 memory chips fabbed by Micron. Photos show the 12nm based TU116 GPU. Powered by merely a 4+2 phase power design. You can see two empty GDDR5 SMT traces, likely to reuse the PCB with the 1660 Ti but did strip away a phase. The VRM area is padded and covered by the heatsink.
