We begin with our usual pages that show the ins and outs of this graphics card with photos, all taken with an in-house photo-shoot of course. Zotac offers a compact more simple looking card here with a dark PCB and single-fan dark looking cooler.

The Twin Fan model is the affordable version (the MSRP series) of the GeForce GTX 1660 is powered by NVIDIA's more modest offering in Turing, lacking RT and Tensor cores. This is a TU116 graphics processor. These cards are fitted with 6 GB GDDR5 memory running at an effective data rate of 8 Gbps. The product will sell for roughly 219 USD/EUR and follows a reference boost frequency of 1785 MHz. As stated, there is a slightly more expensive SKU, the card as tested today, that will get a boost clock of 1785 MHz.

The card has a new a dark look dual-slot design and has been fitted with one HDMI port, a DisplayPort and DVI connector. The GeForce GTX series has DisplayPort 1.4 connectors, 1.4a Ready, enabling support for 8K displays at 60Hz.

Leaving out extra monitor ports creates room for an exhaust vent. Mind you, lacking is a virtual link and NVLINK connector, SLI is not supported.
