Conclusion
Conclusion
Let's keep this conclusion short and simple.
Today's tested product was the MERC gaming keyboard from Ideazon. I really like this thing and fully intend to keep on using it. The whole point of this keyboard is the seperate game pad, which, whilst it may not be exactly necessary to all but the most seasoned gamers, it does make games easier as you have every control within easy reach. The software is also so easy to use it's almost criminal. Desktop wise, it's a very comfortable keyboard, I like the feel of it, and it's a good looker as well. It may take you (like it took me) a short amount of time to get used to because the layout is slightly unorthodox but that's no big deal, it takes time for most people to adapt to change, but once you have adapted you'll really enjoy using the MERC.

- Looks stylish
- Very comfortable
- Simple and easy to use software
- Seperate game pad with easy access to all the controls you will need in game
- Corded (for reliability this is a plus)
- Hotkeys well located and work a treat
- LEDs to inform you when functions are enabled, such as when entering a supported game
Negative Points
- May take a short while to get used to (slightly unconventional design)
- Have to load the profile manually for each game
- Corded (for freedom this is a negative)
