The side panel one shall agree with is looking nicely styled, taste differs of course. It's hard to see at the photo but a fan controller is located there as well, it will control the actual side panel 1100 RPM fan located on the inside, let's have a look at that.

Here we can see that fan controller on the inside, just plug in the peripheral / molex connector and you are good to go. Also note that an additional; fan is delivered which you can place at that upper empty spot. Not installed because (we think) that if you have  large CPU cooler, the fan could actually block it. So that remains your call to make depending on your CPU cooler choice.

The right side panel is completely closed -- kind stealthy really. Personally I like that very much.

The rear panel -- as you can see it the PSU is required to be installed in the upper compartment of the chassis. Below it a 120-mm fan is installed here which is not PWM controlled and will be connected to you peripheral power / Molex connector, not allowing RPM control and or  monitor its speed. You'll spot two grommet holes for liquid cooling solutions. Interesting to see are vented slot covers, they can help improving the computer internal airflow. There is also a small mesh above the expansion slots. Airflow should be plentiful especially with the front side completely meshed combined with the number of active fans.
