Here we enhance that a little .. right under that right spring based mount under the heatsink we see a resistors missing.

Now if that happens you can do three things. Try to RMA the card. Press the resistor down to the PCB again and superglue it (oldest trick in the books that normally always works). Or as I did, get a solder gun (low wattage preferred) and solder it secure again.

Soldering the resistor back was nasty though, these buggers are a fraction of a mm in size. Though the job does not deserve a beauty contest prize, this will do fine.

With the resistor back in place it's time to put some thermal paste on the GPU as we are now ready to mount the cooler on top of it.

First we mount four screws onto the cooler and then place a rubber washer over them. The four screws we'll push though the holes in the PCB like so.
