Down below you see the HD bay, furthermore you are looking at loudspeaker and USB/FireWire/MIC/Line-out cable you can connect to your mainboard. Also a thermo sensitive probe is among them. Place it where you want to measure heat and the front display will report it very precise.
This connector you connect to your mainboard and you connect the PSU towards this cable. Basically it will feed the front display and servo for the electric door.
