So here we have the vCase3 after unpacking. As you can see, the DVD tray bezel is missing here, we'll show you that later. The chassis is made out of steel, yet the front side bezel is actually brushed aluminum, for downright great aesthetics. As you can see, everything is kept simple. And I cannot tell you how much I like that. No flashing lights and LEDs, VFDs, no chrome, everything is dark, the way it should be for an HTPC, in my honest opinion of course.

When we look at the right side we see meshes for air intake and exhaust, the chassis is equipped with one fan. Also look at the top, that's one huge mesh allowing your components to be cooled well. Now did you already see the lower latch on the front side?

Well, that latch is actually a door where some front panel connectors are hidden. Let's zoom in a little.

So once we open up that front door we stumble into two USB ports and a card reader for MS/Pro/Duo/MMC/SD and CF cards. A very nice touch. Missing here however is a fast eSATA port. That would have been nice to see included as well.
