Alright, so here we have the unit shipped in. Green (an energy friendly feel) and white packaging. Inside the NAS unit, manual, CAT6 cable and power adapter.

Opening up the box you'll notice a very well packaged product. Chances of damage are fairly slim. Our unit shipped all the way from Taiwan to the EU, and it is in top notch condition.

The front side of the N5810 unit looks already serious when it's powered off really. Five HDD trays, an LED array, connector and active LCD display for status and error reports, nice. The N5810 measures 230 x 190 x 240 (mm)/ 9.06 x7.48 x 9.45 (in). This unit is a heavy weight product alright at roughly 5kg, mainly as the casing is metal, which makes this a very sturdy product I must say.

First impressions, a great looking device in black, I like it. Bundled you'll find everything you need to get started. Power cable, Cat6e Ethernet cable, and of course a driver CD and manual as well as screws to secure the storage units like HDD and SSDs (which you obviously still need to buy).
