Phison PS5012-E12 controller

According to the SSD specifications, the PS5012-E12 makes use of the NVMe revision 1.3 protocol, and when connected to an x4 PCIe Gen 3 lane connection, this controller is capable of reading and writing at rates of 3450 MB/s and 3150 MB/s across four PCIs, respectively, when connected to an x4 PCIe Gen 3 lane connection. The controller is capable of doing up to 700,000 operations per second (IOPS) for 4K random read and write operations due to the fact that it (can) make use of up to 8 NAND channels, which is rather impressive.
