“The T-FORCE DELTA RGB DDR5 continues the design language of the DELTA DDR4 Series by maintaining the ultra-large spreader with wide-angled RGB edges and a minimalist geometrical surface. The overall look is further enhanced by its sleek stealth-fighter-inspired design. In addition, the color and flashing speed of each RGB LED used in DELTA RGB DDR5 can be independently controlled, offering more freedom to customize lighting effects than a typical RGB DDR4 memory. Players will easily customize their dazzling RGB effects through the manufacturers’ lighting software. Currently, samples have been sent to ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI, ASROCK, BIOSTAR, and other motherboard manufacturers for lighting tests.”

Enough with the marketing stuff here, so we can proceed to the essence. Let’s see what we have under the hood.
First up is Thaiphoon Burner, which is a very good utility for checking the basic data on a RAM die. According to this program, the chip manufacturer is unknown, so is the rest of the information, so this time the utility didn’t bring us what we were expecting. CPU-Z then. It shows that SK Hynix is the DRAM manufacturer. The only IC in production is the M-Die, so we can assume that’s the one used here (without removing the heatsink, which brings a risk of causing damage to the module).

I didn’t spot the QVL on the TeamGroup website. The chips are covered with a heatsink to ensure that the memory and PCB maintain a similar temperature, providing the best performance. You put the sticks in, enable XMP (which is, in fact, the industry standard, and it’s hard to spot any RAM without this feature nowadays), reboot, and that’s it. Traditionally, we’ll kick off the review with photo-shooting first and then move on to the practical part (benchmark/games).
