Let’s have a peek at what the Team Group T-FORCE CARDEA II SSD looks like.
You can see the red/black box here. It’s very aesthetic, and it already shows you what the SSD looks like.
On the backside, you can find a list of the overall features, so nothing fancy/new here. The performance of the 1 TB variant is listed as 3400 MB/s for reads and 3000 MB/sec for writes, with roughly 400K IOPS at 4k random writes aligned disk access in the case of the model we tested.
Inside, in a plastic clamshell, you’ll discover the NVMe drive itself.
The T-FORCE CARDEA II has a red ribbed radiator and blue PCB (well, that doesn’t look as good as black would). The SSD is 8 cm long, which is the standard for 2280 M.2. Total height is roughly 12 mm.
