We start with the lowest of low when it comes to monitor resolutions. As stated, ATI does not support AA just yet. Above you can see a performance chart at 1280x1024. All image quality settings have been enabled, AA disabled.

At this monitor resolution really, all you'd need is a cheapo Radeon HD 4770. When you look at the top two, you'll notice the same numbers, that is CPU limitation. the CPU reached a point there where it can not provide data fast enough anymore to the graphics card driver.

Now some exclusive GeForce stuff then, the current GeForce 258.96 WHQL fully supports anti-aliasing. We enabled 4xAA in the graphics card performance profile. Things get a little more stringent alright, but still no issues whatsoever for even a GeForce 9800 GTX+
