The prologue (wiki)

Star Wars Battlefront is an upcoming action video game based on the Star Wars franchise. The third major release in the Star Wars: Battlefront series, it is being developed by EA DICE and will be published by Electronic Arts. It is scheduled for release on November 17, 2015 in North America and Brazil, November 19, 2015 in Australia and November 20, 2015 in Europe for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Star Wars Battlefront is an action game played from either a first-person or third-person view; players can switch at any time, similarly to the previous games. Players traverse planets from the Star Wars universe, such as Endor, Hoth, Tatooine and the newly introduced planet of Sullust. To navigate the world, players use a variety of vehicles, including both air and land-based vehicles. Battles are planet-based, restricting players from exploring space. The game's weapons, characters, gear and abilities are customizable. As new weapons are unlocked, players have the ability to share them with their teammates. Battlefront will not feature iron sights. The game's online multiplayer mode supports up to 40 players in one match and 12 multiplayer maps will be available at launch. These maps will feature five locations from the Star Wars universe - Hoth, Tatooine, Endor, Sullust and Jakku.

The game lets players choose to control either a Rebel Alliance soldier or an Imperial Stormtrooper. There will also be playable characters from the films, such as Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker and Boba Fett, as well as non-playable characters, such as R2-D2 and C-3PO. The game includes cooperative missions which can be played offline but does not have a campaign mode. Players can complete the missions both independently and with bots or another player; the game supports split screen on consoles

System requirements

If you’re planning on cranking up your display settings to the max – the game looks pretty nice, make sure your gaming rig has what it takes. Check out the following system requirements, which are same for both the beta and the final release of the game:

 MinimumRecommended
Processor Intel Core i3-6300T or equivalent Intel Core i5-6600 or equivalent
RAM Memory 8GB 16GB
GPU (Nvidia) GeForce GTX 660 2GB GeForce GTX 970 4GB
GPU (AMD) HD 7850 2GB Radeon R9 290 4GB
Storage At least 40GB At least 40GB
Operating System Windows 7 or later Windows 10

EA has shared the PC system requirements for Star Wars: Battlefront. According to them your PC will at the very least need a Core i3 processor, 8GB RAM system memory and a GeForce GTX 660 or Radeon HD 7850 or better graphics card. EA actually recommend processors in the Skylake series (for unknown reasons), according to the list you'd need at least a Core i3-6300T while the Core i5 6600 is recommended. 8GB RAM is required, recommended is 16 GB.

A game review of Sony's Star Wars Galaxies. SWG takes place just after the time frame of a blown death star, and before the battle of Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back. The time setting is perfect for creation of an MMOG, as the world itself is in an epic struggle in a light Vs dark battle.
