At default the door is locked, you can leave it unlocked of course but it will need very little to open up. So if you bump into the table with the GHD0-7 the door might open.

The chassis is made out of steel, yet the front side bezel is actually brushed aluminum, for downright great aesthetics. As you can see as always Silverstone keeps things simple. No bright lights and LEDs, chrome etc , everything is dark, the way it should be for an HTPC.

Once we open the door things become more clear. From left to right we spot a good four HDD bays. Interesting to see are the two USB 3.0 ports, that's a nice touch making the chassis hip and new. In the middle MIC and Headphone connectors and all the way up placement for an two optical drives like DVD or Blu-ray.

Other IO functionality is a little sober, no memory card connectors, no eSATA ports. Then again, would you really need them on a HTPC ?

When we look at the sides we see meshes for air intake and exhaust, the chassis is equipped with a total of three 120mm fans. One of the meshes is at the top allowing your components to be cooled well.

All fans have dust covers that can be removed and cleaned real easy.
