Seasonic Syncro Q704 chassis + Connect PSU review -
Product Showcase – the packaging
Product showcase – the packaging
The box of Syncro Q704 is brown. You can see the image of the chassis and the PSU with a module. On the side, you'll find the specifications, and on the other one - the image from the "dark side" of the case. The entire package weighs over 20 kg, and it's very, very big (nearly 90 cm in height). You can also see the "red dot winner 2021" stickers on the box.
At the top, you will find the PSU in a retail box, stored inside a foam frame.
Below that is the actual chassis in its separate retail box. At the back, you can see the features and on one of the sides - the specification. Luckily, there are two cut-outs on the side, which can help to handle the package. And what is awaiting us inside the box?
At the top – you can see the accessories box. The chassis itself is nicely protected with Styrofoam, and that helped during shipping. There's also a bag to prevent scratches or fingerprints.
No damage occurred in transport, and the tempered glass panel was all fine. As for the chassis itself, the Seasonic SYNCRO Q704 has an attractive look at first glance.
Inside the accessory box, you'll find:

Let's proceed to the included PSU impressions first.
Seasonic company is known for its great power supplies, including the Focus (available both in ATX and factor), Prime (with the 80 Plus certificate up to Titanium), or Connect series. Speaking of the last one, they’ve gone further by introducing a chassis containing this piece of hardware – it’s a Seasonic SYNCRO Q704. But that’s not all – according to the marketing information, it really fits together, literally and figuratively.
