Formatting 

After formatting in Windows you only see a storage capacity of 13.039 GB: that's because of operating systems counts binary at 1024, while hard disk manufacturers use the decimal 1000 as the primer. With disks with huge storage capacity however after formatting the drive, the difference is seriously substantial. After formatting, we have 13 TB free.
