The Radeon RX 6800, 6800 XT, 6900 XT, and 6950 XT all include 16 GB of GDDR6 memory, the latter one now operates at 18 Gbps (effective data rate).. The cooling system is built around a large cooler that houses three fans. The cards all include HDMI 2.1 connections and the most recent DisplayPort generation.

Nitro + Pure as tested today will be outfitted with enormous three-slot-thick air cooling systems equipped with three fans. The Radeon RX 6950 XT Toxic will include a 360mm radiator and a hybrid maintenance-free liquid cooling system.

The cooling system's housing is white with gray inserts. The accelerator is outfitted with ARGB-illuminated fans as well as logos on the top and back. Like the Radeon RX 6950 XT Nitro + Pure accelerator, the Radeon RX 6950 XT Nitro+ version, has three additional power connectors: two 8-pin and one 6-pin.

The PCB is connected to the backplate by thermal pads and a full-length aluminum heatsink. A separate dual-heatpipe cooling module is also included. Additional cooling is provided via a triple-fan setup, with the center fan being significantly smaller and set to rotate counterclockwise from the outer two.

The Sapphire logo and a light strip across the top and a logo on the backplate are all available in RGB, and there are enough LEDs to ensure an even distribution of light. If users require more, there is an aRGB three-pin header at the PCB's end for synchronized lighting.
