The NAVI14 series is going to replace the 470/480/570/580/590 in due time. The Radeon RX 5500 XT has a total of 1408 stream/shader processors enabled. It has 32 ROP partitions and 88 Texture units. The cards will be tied to either 4GB or 8GB GDDR6 memory (on a 128-bit memory bus). At 14 Gbps that brings in a solid 224 GB/sec of memory bandwidth. The board power design of this card is ~130 Watts.
