Generic Benchmarks

Samsung Galaxy S III

Browsing on the device we measure with Rightware's browser mark, loading up Guru3D is very reasonable. Sliding up and down is smooth, a little laggy here and there, nothing significant though.

We use this test with the default installed browser. Using a 3rd party browser like Dolphin could speed up the experience quite a bit. Overall the browsing experience on the S3 is the fastest for any default browser we tested thus far.

And of course we measure the boot time of the device. We measure with a simple stopwatch really. We power it on and once the tablet reaches the login screen we end the measurement. The Galaxy S III is surprisingly fast actually.
