Obviously thanks to the cooler the card will eat up two slots in your PC, it's a rather big design. Not that big of a problem for the most of us though.
The yellow connector on the rear of the card is actually a composite video-in connector, this way you can run a cable into your system to connect to your video capture port on the front of your case. And dressed in black, the new PCI-Express 6-pin power connector, used to feed from your PSU (Power Supply Unit). You need a (should be supplied) power cable connector to you PSUs Molex cable. Newer PSU's have this 6-pin connector as standard already.
