Hard Reset is a PC-exclusive FPS from The Flying Wild Hog, a Polish developer that is made up from members of the team behind Painkiller (People Can Fly), and former developers from CD Projekt Red and City Interactive.
In development since April 2009, the game features a cyberpunk plot. It draws inspiration from William Gibson, Neal Stephenson, and Philip K. Dick (especially Blade Runner in story). In gameplay, Serious Sam is the main inspiration; explosive barrels and large hordes of enemies will be prominent within the game. There is no multiplayer.

Check it out, 40 FPS at 2560x1600 voltage tweaked and overclocked, 34 FPS at default. We just gained 15% in performance at that resolution.
Admittedly, the one thing where R7000 lacks a little bit is DX9 titles. But overall a great score of course.
